Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kulega ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. About Us

Kulega is a product of Mulai Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN: 201209457R), with its registered address at 10 Jalan Besar #07-06 Sim Lim Tower, Singapore 208787.

3. Description of Service

Kulega provides an AI-powered colleague platform that helps users manage daily tasks, scheduling, email, goal tracking, and other productivity activities through natural language conversation. The AI colleague can act autonomously on your behalf — sending emails, creating calendar events, and working toward goals — even when you are not actively in a conversation. Certain features require connecting third-party accounts (such as Google) and an active subscription.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You must verify your email address before accessing the Service.

5. Plans and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing Portal in your Profile.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.

Skill Points

Skill Points are a non-refundable in-service currency used to acquire AI skills. They can be purchased in packs as one-time payments. Unused Skill Points do not expire while your account remains active, but are subject to the data retention policy below. Skill Points are not transferable between accounts unless you are on a Team plan, in which case they belong to the shared team pool.

Free plan limitations

Free accounts may use the chat interface subject to a daily message limit. Free users cannot set goals, cannot use proactive autonomous AI runs, and have limited skill capacity. These limits may change over time.

6. Team Plans

The Team plan allows one account owner to invite up to four additional members. The following terms apply to Team accounts:

  • Roles: the account that subscribes to the Team plan is the Owner. The Owner may promote members to Admin. Admins can send invites but cannot remove members, change billing, or modify other admins' roles.
  • Shared Skill Points: Skill Points on a Team plan belong to a shared pool accessible to all members. Top-ups by any team member credit the shared pool.
  • Data visibility: the Owner and Admins can view the activity timeline and usage statistics of all team members. By joining a team, you consent to this visibility.
  • Member removal: the Owner may remove members at any time. Removed members lose access to the team plan immediately and revert to free status.
  • Existing subscriptions: if a member has an active individual subscription when accepting a team invite, they are responsible for cancelling it to avoid being charged twice. Kulega does not automatically cancel individual subscriptions.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and your subscription is in good standing.

Individual accounts

If you delete your account, your personal data — including AI memory summaries, activity logs, and goals — will be permanently deleted within 30 days. OAuth tokens for connected skills are revoked and deleted immediately upon disconnection.

Team plans on expiry

  • 0–30 days after expiry: read-only grace period. Data is preserved but autonomous AI runs are paused.
  • 30–90 days after expiry: data is soft-deleted — retained in our systems but inaccessible. Renewing within this window restores full access.
  • 90+ days after expiry: all team data — including shared memory summaries, goals, and activity logs — is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent security measures
  • Use automated tools to abuse rate limits
  • Submit content that is harmful, misleading, or violates third-party rights
  • Use the AI colleague to send unsolicited communications or spam
  • Instruct the AI to take actions beyond the scope of your authorised integrations

9. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect a third-party account (e.g. Google Gmail or Google Calendar), you grant Kulega permission to act on your behalf only for the scopes you authorise. We do not store your third-party credentials beyond what is necessary to maintain the connection. You can revoke access at any time from the Skills page or from your Google account settings. Revoking access does not delete your Kulega account or other data.

10. Autonomous AI Actions

The AI colleague may act on your behalf proactively — such as sending emails or creating calendar events — based on goals you have set, even when you are not actively using the Service. You are responsible for reviewing the Activity timeline and for any real-world consequences of actions taken by the AI on your behalf. You can disable autonomous runs by removing goals or disconnecting skills.

11. AI-Generated Content

Responses and actions generated by Kulega are produced by AI and may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it — especially for emails, calendar events, or decisions with real-world consequences. The AI may make mistakes; always apply your own judgement.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software of the Service are owned by Kulega or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Kulega a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kulega shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages caused by autonomous AI actions taken on your behalf. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. On termination, your data is handled per the retention policy in Section 7.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
