Notion — search shared pages and databases, read page content, create new pages, append notes, and query databases.

Linear — list teams and issues, create and update issues (including status changes), add comments, and look up issues by identifier (e.g. ENG-42).

AI Colleague memory now updates after every conversation turn instead of every 5th — information you share (role, preferences, context) is retained from the very first message.

Added missing mobile-web-app-capable meta tag alongside the existing Apple-specific one for better Android PWA compatibility.
